DutiesAccount-based sales proposing Japanese real estate that fits the needs of corporate and individual investors in Japan. You'll handle a wide range of properties, mainly commercial buildings (500 million–3 billion yen), as well as residences, offices and hotels. You'll support customers long term, from property selection and sales contracts to asset management, property management and sale. Working with individual investors in Japan and overseas, including Singapore, Hong Kong and Taiwan, you'll cover every area of real estate investment, including arranging financing.
