Duties[Selling Hugely Popular Cosmetics at a Duty-Free Shop] You'll recommend products that suit each customer; most of the work is simple, such as the register and stock management. If you've never worked in customer service or sales, you'll learn everything from scratch. People with a great smile are very welcome! Required・Speak Chinese ・Able to communicate in Japanese (conversational) ➡About N1 or N2 level as a guide ・Able to read and write kanji, hiragana and katakana ・Able to use polite language (keigo) ・English or Korean is a plus (level to be confirmed) ・Sales experience (cosmetics, duty-free goods, electronics stores, drugstores, etc.) ➡Experience outside sales (hotel front desk, cafés and other customer service) can also be considered ・Able to do simple data entry in Excel and Word
