DutiesPropose overseas real estate deals to wealthy real estate investors Explain the profitability and other aspects of overseas properties to real estate investors, ask about their financial plans and asset management policy, and propose options that fit. Target clients are wealthy real estate investors with an annual income of 15,000,000 yen or more. Clients come mainly from online inquiries and referrals. The job doesn't end with the contract — you'll track handover, the investment performance and costs of the properties clients bought using our system, and give ongoing advice, which leads to new contracts.
