DutiesYou'll design the best logistics operations for growing cross-border e-commerce and drive projects to improve logistics operations overall. You'll design and monitor KPIs, manage daily operations, and drive the use of the latest technology and AI tools — bringing them into the warehouse and making them stick. You'll also manage and train members of the logistics planning section, handle organizational development and stakeholder management, and negotiate and coordinate with contractors and outside parties. You'll also support on-site management flexibly when things get tight, and make quick decisions and respond when serious incidents occur.
