DutiesFor the group's 25+ brands, you'll manage logistics and inventory/cost data from the time products arrive in Japan until they reach customers. Specifically, you'll allocate imported goods after customs clearance and shipments from domestic factories to delivery destinations (company warehouses, 3PL), create inbound schedules and manage delivery timelines. You'll also process receipts using WMS and marketplace admin screens, manage transfers between warehouses and arrange disposal of defective goods. In addition, you'll create purchase and incidental cost data and register it in the core cost and inventory system, ensuring accurate figures that tie into financial accounting. Supporting logistics integration for newly acquired (M&A) brands and helping with year-end stocktaking are also important duties.
