Sakae is within 10 minutes without a transfer, so access is decent. However, as a popular residential area it is not cheap, a neighborhood where you pay for a quiet, refined atmosphere.

However, because it is a popular residential area, rents are on the high side. It especially suits people who want a quiet, trendy lifestyle with Sakae and Motoyama close by.
