An area on the list of Japan's 100 Best Cherry Blossom Spots, with about 1,660 cherry trees lining 2.8 km of riverbank, and also a flagship upscale residential district of the Hanshin corridor developed since the Taisho to early Showa period. By express, both Sannomiya and Umeda are around 15 minutes away, and a JR station is within walking distance too. Rents are as high as in downtown Osaka and Kobe, so it suits people who put a quiet, safe environment ahead of liveliness.

This is an upscale residential area in Nishinomiya famous for its cherry blossoms, served by the Hankyu Kobe Line and Koyo Line. With the cherry-lined path along the Shukugawa River and calm residential streets, it is regarded as a popular Hanshin residential area, and good public safety makes it preferred by families. Because it is a popular area, rents are on the high side. Hankyu gives good access to Sannomiya and Umeda and the environment is pleasant, so it suits families who want a relaxed place to live.
