Commute & transport

A transportation hub in Nishi Ward, well known among residents because it is the western starting station of the subway Kuko Line, so you have a good chance of getting a seat even when commuting. The JR Chikuhi Line runs straight through, so Tenjin and Hakata are both reachable without transfers, and south of the station spreads a western living area facing the sea. It is clearly cheaper than the city center and many rate Nishi Ward's public safety as good, so it is practical for families and office workers.

This is a western hub in Nishi Ward, where the subway Kuko Line and the JR Chikuhi Line run through to each other. The single subway line reaches Tenjin, Hakata and the airport without transfers, and with the sea and the Marinoa City outlet mall close by, daily life is convenient and rents are low. Being on the western outskirts, it tends to be somewhat quiet at night. It suits families and office workers who want direct transit to the city center along with a seaside environment.
