DutiesQuality control and construction supervision of civil engineering and building work in a construction project for a land-based salmon farming facility. You will be stationed on site and ensure quality, schedule and safety while checking that construction is done according to the drawings. Your mission is to patrol the site, find problems early and prevent rework and quality defects before they happen. [Main duties] ・Site management (excavation, foundations, rebar, formwork, concrete, steel frames, interiors, drainage, exterior work, etc.) ・Quality control (checking against drawings, checking dimensions and levels, handling various inspections) ・Partner company management (checking work plans and sequence, schedule adjustment, quality guidance) ・Coordination with other departments (QA/QC, safety management, mechanical, electrical and process equipment teams, etc.) ・Reporting (preparing daily reports in English, managing progress and quality records, NCR / Punch List / As-built management, photo management)
