DutiesWhile protecting the brand's quality and safety, you will drive overseas expansion into Korea, Taiwan and ASEAN through regulatory affairs. ・Gathering information on the latest regulatory requirements in Korea / Taiwan / ASEAN countries and sharing it internally ・Checking whether raw materials can be used, allergen regulations, ingredient limits, etc. ・Determining applicability of related laws such as VOC regulations, SDS and hazardous materials ・Creating and submitting regulatory application documents and PIFs/dossiers for each country ・Regulatory checks and management of formulations/ingredients ・Creating and proofreading local-language labels (Korean / Traditional Chinese / English, etc.) ・Checking product pages / training materials / advertisements from a regulatory perspective ・Managing the progress of overseas expansion projects and coordinating with related departments
