DutiesYou will be in charge of planning and developing skincare, makeup, fragrance, hair care products, etc. Specifically, you will consider product concepts and draft plans (outlining appeal messages, texture and effects, considering featured ingredients, cost calculation, etc.). You will also be entrusted with selecting developers (in-house development department or outsourcing), bulk prototyping, managing development progress, considering sales quantities and extracting results of similar products. The number of launches per year is about 140 SKUs.
