DutiesSupport work for procedures to start electricity, gas, water and other utility services for foreign residents. After being contacted by a real estate company, you call customers who are moving and guide them through the procedures for using the services. The job involves checking customer information following a manual. After joining, you will start with classroom training to learn about infrastructure and how real estate works. After that, you will have OJT training to learn how to make calls and operate the system, and senior staff will carefully support you until you can work independently.
