DutiesThis job supports foreign residents in starting electricity, gas, water and other utility services. After being contacted by a real estate company, you guide customers who are moving through the procedures by phone. You will check customer information following a manual and support the procedures for using the services. After joining, you will learn about infrastructure and how real estate works in classroom training, and then master phone handling and system operation through role-play style OJT training.
