DutiesYou will develop grinding, polishing and cleaning processes for difficult-to-machine materials such as Si substrates, compound micro/nano substrates and glass substrates. You will calculate and optimize process conditions for each development device, and drive production engineering improvements such as transferring technology to mass production, improving yield, and increasing productivity. You will also be responsible for introducing and launching new equipment, and will derive future development directions through insight into grinding/polishing technology and market trends.
