DutiesYou will be in charge of all construction management work for government projects. Specifically, you will prepare application documents and handle various management tasks such as budget, schedule, quality and safety. As construction management work, you will manage work schedules, check work content, give instructions to site staff and check progress. You will also handle estimates (cost estimation and preparing quotations), placing and re-confirming orders based on estimates, and various arrangements.
