DutiesYou will respond to customer inquiries at the general information counters of Tokyo Skytree and Tokyo Solamachi. You will also handle in-building announcements, lost-and-found management and lost-child support. In addition, you will interpret and translate from foreign languages into Japanese for foreign customers. You will work on rotation at the 1st-floor and 3rd-floor information counters and provide guidance in cooperation with your team.
