DutiesYou will handle customer service and sales in the liquor and tobacco area of a duty-free shop. The main duties are guiding customers to products, inventory management and operating the POS register. You will also handle duty-free procedures, so you can acquire specialized knowledge about customs duties. For the first month after joining, there is induction training where you will learn customer service methods, product management and store management know-how.
