DutiesIn the sales team for small and medium-sized businesses, you will approach business owners who have concerns about their accounting and labor departments by phone and email. This is consulting work in which you hear about their tax, accounting and labor issues and match and introduce the most suitable tax accountant or labor and social security attorney. In the sales team for tax accountants, you will provide consulting to tax accounting firms that have customer acquisition issues. You will support firm operations from many angles, such as proposing customer acquisition plans that make use of the firm's strengths and proposing efficiency improvements through introducing office equipment, software, AI and RPA. In both roles, work is mainly from referrals and web inquiries, and there is no door-to-door sales. We also actively use online meeting systems.
