DutiesYou will be in charge of infrastructure building, operation and monitoring for each game title. You will develop and operate common platform systems and libraries centered on billing and authentication, and develop and operate tools for log/error analysis, customer support, etc. You will also develop and operate company-wide KPI tools and provide technical consulting to each game development team at the head office and domestic and overseas subsidiaries. As an engineering manager, you will lead on the technical side while also handling management work such as managing team goals and supporting engineers' growth.

RequiredExperience leading and managing an engineering team through development planning, task management and code reviews.
