DutiesIn the Japanese language department, you will be in charge of recruiting international students from Vietnam and giving them life guidance. The main duties are preparing documents to submit to the Tokyo Immigration Bureau, dealing with local agents, handling students in Japan, interpreting, creating publicity materials and management work. You will also go on business trips to Vietnam about 4 times a year and accompany overseas business trips to Hong Kong, Taiwan, Mongolia, etc. Support work at the dormitory where international students live is also included.
