DutiesYou will be in charge of construction management of wooden detached houses. Before construction, you will hold internal meetings with sales and design, confirm specifications, check the full set of drawings, draw up construction plans, and arrange materials and personnel. On site, you will thoroughly carry out schedule management, cost management, safety management and quality management. You will be in charge up to handover and also provide initial after-sales care (from 3 months onward, a specialized department handles it). The construction period per house is about 105~150 days, and you will handle 7~8 projects in parallel at the same time.
