DutiesYou will be in charge of daily, monthly and annual closing work and data entry and management in accounting software. You will be broadly entrusted with all accounting work, including financial accounting, tax accounting and management accounting. You will also check real estate properties, approach financial institutions, prepare explanatory materials and do planning. Presenting real estate properties based on management strategy, negotiating with financial institutions, gathering information and developing new business are also important duties. You will handle fundraising on the scale of 100 million to 3 billion yen for real estate development, and practical accounting work for the real estate and asset management business.
