DutiesYou will do consulting sales for real estate purchases and sales, mainly for high-net-worth customers from the Chinese-speaking world. You will propose a wide range of properties, such as condominium units, detached houses, income-producing tenant properties and whole buildings, to both individuals and corporations. The main workflow is as follows. ・Handling prospective customers assigned by the company (no need to set new appointments) ・Hearing their wishes and conditions through business meetings ・Showing properties on site ・Handling everything from application to contract ・Post-purchase support (in cooperation with the management department) Referrals from existing customers and customer referrals from partners are steady, and there is no aggressive cold calling.
