DutiesFor more than 25 brands operated by the group, you will be in charge of managing logistics and inventory/cost data from when products arrive in Japan until they reach customers. Specifically, you will allocate products after import customs clearance and shipments from domestic factories to delivery destinations (in-house warehouses, 3PL), create scheduled receipts and manage delivery progress. You will also handle receiving using WMS and mall management screens, manage transfers between warehouses and arrange disposal of defective products. In addition, you will create purchasing and incidental cost data and register it in the core cost and inventory system, ensuring the accuracy of figures linked to financial accounting. Supporting the integration of logistics schemes for newly acquired M&A brands and supporting year-end inventory counts are also important duties.
