DutiesYou will be in charge of checking English contracts and overseas-related materials and assisting with translation. You will also handle case-related matters by phone and email (including relaying in English). Assisting with preparing documents to be submitted to court, preparing submissions and managing case materials are also important duties. It also includes collecting materials (official requests in the course of duties, bar association inquiries, etc.), research, going out to courts, legal affairs bureaus, libraries, etc., and filing. There may also be tasks such as collecting family registers and obtaining various certificates in inheritance cases.
