DutiesAt architectural and residential construction sites, you will handle management work aimed at becoming a site agent (site manager). You will first accompany senior employees and start with basic support tasks such as learning how sites are run, taking photos and safety checks. Once you get used to it, you will gradually learn schedule management, quality management, cost management and safety management to complete construction safely within the construction period. It is an environment where you can gain experience at a wide range of sites, from residential construction to various stores, factories and public facilities such as schools, and steadily step up as an engineer.
