DutiesAs purchasing officer for the Mie site, you'll handle all procurement of materials, equipment, consumables and services. Main duties: ・Review purchase requests from the site and track order progress ・Request quotes from suppliers and compare prices, lead times and specs ・Create purchase orders and enter data accurately into the ERP system ・Coordinate delivery dates with suppliers and handle problems when they arise ・Check incoming shipments and manage deliveries with the logistics and warehouse teams ・Organize and manage invoices and related documents with the accounting team
