DutiesYou will be in charge of launching and technically overseeing extrusion manufacturing lines at a newly built dry pet food factory. ・Commissioning (test operation and start-up) of extrusion manufacturing lines, coordination with equipment makers, FAT/SAT ・Managing and improving manufacturing conditions (moisture, temperature, pressure, screw settings, density, drying conditions, etc.) ・Scaling up R&D recipes to mass production, reducing manufacturing losses and downtime ・Building production records, process control (SPC), KPI management and OEE (overall equipment effectiveness) ・Hiring and training production staff (supervisors and operators), preparing SOPs and manuals ・Building food safety systems (HACCP, GMP, FSSC 22000, etc.) in collaboration with the QA department ・Technical meetings, trial production and customer audits for White Label products ・Technical study of manufacturing products using RAS salmon raw materials in the future
