Required◇Server-side operations experience with large-scale, long-running services Experience proactively involved for 1+ year in server-side design and operations of a service meeting any of the following scales ・DAU of 100,000+ or MAU of 1,000,000+ ・API traffic on the order of several thousand req/sec at peak ・A DB with hundreds of millions of rows in a single table, or with user data horizontally partitioned (sharded) ・Operations/maintenance experience with a web service or game title that has been running for 3+ years, and able to identify the scope of impact when incidents occur, judge whether emergency response is needed, separate temporary and permanent fixes, and respond according to the escalation flow ※Even without game industry experience, experience with services handling large-scale traffic such as e-commerce, ticket sales, live streaming or payments is acceptable ◇Track record of improving quality and operations ・A track record of visibly improving quality or operational load by improving review, testing and release flows based on analysis of defect trends, or by automating routine tasks and improving development environments ◇Team leader experience and cross-functional collaboration ・Experience managing tasks, progress and code reviews for 3+ server engineers in a development/operations team of 20+ people in total ・Experience coordinating specifications and verification scope with client engineers, planners and QA, and leading from design to completion of implementation while taking into account the other side's implementation circumstances and constraints ・Able to grasp the intent of high-level requests, break them down into tasks, and work independently and remotely while aligning understanding through text communication (Slack, tickets, PRs) ◇Tech stack ・3+ years of hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails ・Hands-on experience in batch design with job platforms such as MySQL (Aurora), Redis and Sidekiq, and development using Docker and GitHub ・Experience using AI tools such as Claude Code to make code reading and implementation more efficient
