DutiesIn this position, you will make use of your strong market sense and channel planning skills to handle content marketing centered on YouTube, SNS operation, and coordination between departments and with external parties. 1. Channel planning and operation strategy: For major channels such as YouTube, you will plan everything consistently, from target and concept design to series planning, posting policy and KPI design. 2. Content planning and structure: Japanese real estate, investment, asset management, Japan tourism (Kyoto, Osaka, Nagano/Hakuba area), life in Japan and local culture Main duties: ・Planning video themes and series ・Creating proposals ・Video structure and story design ・Setting the direction of scripts and scenarios ・Planning shooting content and required cuts ・Coordinating with performers, the shooting team and the editing team ・Planning content for channels and SNS tailored to the characteristics and targets of each region 3. Data analysis and improvement: Improving planning and operation based on CTR, audience retention rate, CVR, etc., using YouTube Analytics and various web data 4.
