DutiesYou will be in charge of running sports classes, teaching lessons and supervisor duties. The children range from the youngest kindergarten class to elementary school, and there are lots of cute, energetic kids. Even those without experience can start with peace of mind, as we provide a comprehensive program based on sports science and a training system (start-up training and OJT). [Specific duties] ①Running classes and teaching lessons (about 1~2 days a week) ・Teaching movement such as throwing, hitting, running and jumping based on a curriculum grounded in sports science ・Greeting and seeing off students, dealing with parents (feedback after lessons, enrollment guidance) ・Guiding and training sub-instructors, managing class sales and recruiting students ②Supervisor duties (about 3~4 days a week) ・Visiting FC partners and member schools in your assigned area and giving operational guidance ・Various promotion work and operational support at headquarters ・All management as a specialist connecting headquarters and member schools
Hours10:00~18:00 (7 hours 15 minutes of actual work / 45-minute break) ※Depending on the classroom you are in charge of, hours may be 9:00~17:00.
