DutiesYou'll handle electrical work for HVAC renovation projects at office buildings, commercial facilities, factories, medical and welfare facilities and more, from design and cost estimation through construction management. Specifically, you'll survey sites together with the sales team, check estimates from partner companies, analyze survey data, run calculations and create drawings, prepare quotations, make proposals based on design drawings, check actual conditions on site, and manage safety and deadlines. Using your construction management experience in electrical work, you'll take on upstream design and supervision.
