Duties1. Research thermal solutions for products with power devices and for servers, and develop next-generation cooling technology. Design, prototype and evaluate liquid cooling parts such as cold plates and heat exchangers. 2. Optimize structural and thermal design using structural design, stress analysis and thermal analysis, and report on the results. 3. Analyze cooling solutions and perform thermal analysis for EV electronic components (ECUs and MCUs). 4. Support product and technology development planning by analyzing next-generation cooling, next-generation liquid cooling and industry trends.
