DutiesOn the SME sales team, you'll reach out by phone and email to business owners with accounting and labor management concerns. It's consulting work where you hear about their tax, accounting and labor issues and match and introduce them to the right tax accountant or labor and social security attorney. On the sales team for tax accountants, you'll consult for tax accounting firms struggling to attract clients. You'll support firm management from many angles, such as proposing client acquisition plans that use each firm's strengths and proposing efficiency improvements by introducing office equipment, software, AI and RPA. Both roles are mainly referrals and web inquiries — no door-to-door sales. Web meeting systems are used a lot.
