DutiesYou'll handle management work at building and housing construction sites, working toward becoming a site agent (site manager). You'll start by going along with experienced colleagues and helping with the basics, such as how a site runs, taking photos and safety checks. Once you're comfortable, you'll learn step by step how to manage schedules, quality, costs and safety so that projects are completed safely and on time. You'll gain experience on a wide range of sites, from homes to shops, factories, schools and other public facilities, and steadily grow as an engineer.
