DutiesYou'll join the Publishing & Anime Division as a candidate for editor-in-chief of an editorial department focused on comic adaptations. As the department grows, you're also expected to step up as a candidate for department head. You'll handle a wide range of work, from launching and managing the editorial team to overseeing the quality of all titles. During the launch phase, as a playing manager, you'll also do hands-on work from scouting creators to planning and editing new titles.
