DutiesYou'll run sports classes, teach lessons and work as a supervisor. The kids range from the youngest kindergarten class up to elementary school — lots of cute, energetic children. No experience? A full program based on sports science and a structured training system (startup training and OJT) will get you started. [Job Details] ①Class management and lesson teaching (about 1–2 days a week) ・Teach movement such as throwing, hitting, running and jumping, using a curriculum based on sports science ・Greet and see off students, and communicate with parents (post-lesson feedback, enrollment information) ・Train and develop sub-instructors, manage class sales and recruit students ②Supervisor work (about 3–4 days a week) ・Visit franchise partners and member schools in your area and give operational guidance ・Carry out various initiatives and operational support at headquarters ・Handle overall management as a specialist linking headquarters and member schools
