Duties1. Research on thermal solutions for products equipped with power devices and for servers, and development of next-generation cooling technologies. Design, prototyping and evaluation of liquid cooling components such as cold plates and heat exchangers. 2. Optimizing structural and thermal designs using structural design, stress analysis and thermal analysis, and reporting on them. 3. Analysis and thermal analysis of cooling solutions for EV electronic components (ECUs and MCUs). 4. Supporting product plans and technology development plans through analysis of next-generation cooling technologies, next-generation liquid cooling technologies and industry trends.
