Duties1. Be responsible for next-generation optical connection technology for optical networks, and build the technical competitiveness of optical interconnect products using advanced optical components, optical modules and optical systems. 2. Develop high-baud-rate new material technologies for next-generation silicon photonics platforms, provide technical solutions and opportunities, and guide technology development and product delivery. 3. Be responsible for process design and processing of optical waveguide substrates based on single-mode and multi-mode polymer flexible waveguides, and provide process technology solutions that increase product competitiveness. 4. Drawing on experience in passive optical component development and using optical design and simulation skills, guide the development of optical I/O components such as WSS, AWG and fiber array units, and low-loss assembly technologies. 5. Conduct in-depth research on new technologies such as LiDAR optical transceiver technology solutions and mobile terminal optical module technology solutions.
