DutiesYou will handle concierge work for wealthy customers: proposing cruise products, making reservations and arrangements, managing progress, and preparing and sending information documents. You will also handle promotional work such as planning and running cruise briefings, seminars and ship tours, and producing pamphlets, flyers and websites. In the future, you will also be involved in leader/manager work such as negotiating with cruise lines, PR marketing, sales promotion planning and formulating brand strategy.
