DutiesYou will oversee all work in the grow-out process at a land-based aquaculture facility. You will manage the entire production cycle from post-smolt through the pre-grow-out process, grow-out process, purging, fish transfer logistics and shipping. At a facility with an annual production capacity of about 10,000 tons, you will plan and execute the safe and efficient production of salmon from about 120g to 5.2kg. You will formulate feeding strategies, manage biomass and inventory, and coordinate fish movement, grading and harvesting. To maintain a 24/7, 365-day production system, you will oversee a team of supervisors, technicians and fish logistics staff, aiming to achieve production targets and maximize biological performance. You will also work with specialist teams for water quality management, biofiltration, maintenance, fish disease control, etc. to ensure system reliability and operational stability.

Requirements

RequiredAt least 5 years of experience in salmon farming or intensive aquaculture production. At least 7 years of proven experience in RAS operation. English ability usable for work.
