DutiesYou will mainly handle lesson operations and teaching for an online English conversation service for elementary school students. Depending on your proficiency and the organization's situation, you will also be involved in retention support for instructors and staff at headquarters. <Lessons and operations> ・Team teaching online with native instructors ・Handling, running and supporting students during lessons ・Encouragement and communication so that children can enjoy learning English ・Checking students' progress ・Information and communication with parents *Training, manuals and teaching materials are fully provided, so those with no teaching experience can rest assured. <Retention support for instructors and staff> ・Following up with instructors and staff after they join ・Interviews and consultations ・Checking work status ・Coordination with assigned workplaces and related departments
