Duties1. Lead next-generation optical interconnect technology for optical networks and build the technical competitiveness of optical interconnect products using advanced optical components, optical modules and optical systems. 2. Develop high-baud-rate new material technologies for next-generation silicon photonics platforms, provide technical solutions and opportunities, and guide technology development and product delivery. 3. Handle process design and fabrication of optical waveguide substrates based on single-mode and multimode polymer flexible waveguides, and provide process technology solutions that strengthen product competitiveness. 4. Draw on your experience developing passive optical components and your optical design and simulation skills to guide the development of optical I/O components such as WSS, AWG and fiber array units, and of low-loss assembly technology. 5. Carry out in-depth research on new technologies such as LiDAR optical transceiver solutions and optical module solutions for mobile devices.
