Living in Ami

With an outlet mall and a university, daily conveniences are decent for its size. There is no railway, so a private car is convenient, and it is used together with the neighboring city's living area.

Ami is a town south of Tsuchiura with an outlet mall, a university, and a Ground Self-Defense Force base. There is no station in the town and Tsuchiura Station is a little over 6 km away, so you drive to the station, but central Tsuchiura is close, so shopping and hospitals are fairly easy. Ueno is 55 km, so commuting to Tokyo is a burden, and it suits people who live in the Tsuchiura living area and want to lower rent.
