The administrative and commercial center of Kita Ward, where the Kita Ward Office, the police station and bank branches are gathered within walking distance of the station. It sits along the arterial road National Route 41 (the Airport Line) running north to south, so living infrastructure is solid. Rents are distinctly cheaper than around Sakae and Nagoya Station, making it a practical choice for office workers and single people who want both access to the city center and lower costs.

This is a practical residential area in Kita Ward, on the subway Meijo Line. It is close to the city center by subway and has the daily conveniences of an arterial road, and rents are reasonable for the city-center area, so you can save money while keeping access to the center. However, it is an ordinary, quiet residential area with no large entertainment district. It suits office workers and single people who want good-value housing with decent access to Sakae and Nagoya Station.
