Old temples and the wooden streets of Nishi-Chayagai are within walking distance, so Kanazawa-style scenery falls within your daily radius. Korinbo is a few minutes away by bus, so access to downtown is not bad either. However, the Ishikawa Line runs infrequently, so you have to check the timetable.
