Good value

A junction station where a branch line splits off from the Tobu Tojo Line, so residents use both the Ikebukuro direction and the branch line direction. Rents are very cheap even within Saitama Prefecture, but the trade-off is the time it takes to reach the city center.

Sakado is a hub in Sakado City, Saitama, where two lines meet: the Tobu Tojo Line and the Ogose Line. The Tojo Line gives access toward Kawagoe and Ikebukuro. It is an outlying location far from central Tokyo. With cheap rents and a calm environment, it is a neighborhood that is easy on the budget for families.
