たまプラーザ · Kanagawa
A planned-city-style upscale residential area in Aoba Ward, Yokohama. Wide streets, a department store and shopping mall in front of the station and a safe walking environment make it highly popular with families. However, Shinjuku and Tokyo Station require a transfer, so it is closer to the Yokohama and Shibuya living sphere, and it has a two-sided nature of many hills and family-type units (3LDK or larger) that are not cheap at all.
It is an upscale residential area in Aoba Ward, Yokohama, where Tokyu Den-en-toshi Line express trains stop. Neat streets laid out by plan and a large department store make it popular with families. You should keep in mind that the line is mainly the Den-en-toshi Line and that commuting hours are crowded. With direct service to Shibuya and a well-kept environment, it is the representative neighborhood of 'upscale living along the Tokyu line'.
