Living in Yorii

A transfer hub on the upper Arakawa River in northwestern Saitama, where lines from three directions meet. Nature is close and it is quiet, a neighborhood to consider on the premise of local life rather than commuting to Tokyo.

Yorii is a transfer hub in northwestern Saitama served by the Tobu Tojo Line, the Seibu Chichibu Line and the JR Hachiko Line. It is 45 km to Omiya Station and 71 km to Tokyo Station, so it is closer to the Saitama living area than to Tokyo. With three lines meeting, moving toward Chichibu and Kawagoe is easy, but once you leave the station, it is a quiet area on the upper Arakawa River where a car is convenient.
