Your first Japan — from finding a home to settling in, in Korean
SALLAE is a Korean-language service for Koreans living in, or moving to, Japan
When you first come to Japan, you don’t even know what you don’t know.Which neighborhood is good to live in, whether foreigners can sign a lease, whether you need a guarantor.SALLAE asks operators these questions one by one and gathers the answers on a single map.
Why we built SALLAE

My first home in Tokyo was signed remotely from abroad. I checked everything, even Street View — but once I moved in, it was noisy late into the night. Looking around, I saw so many young people struggling to settle in, not only with housing but with jobs and schools. That’s why I built SALLAE.

What we hold to
Partners or not, list order and visibility are treated the same. Business posts are labeled “Partner · Ad”.
We don’t accept reviews from businesses. When we quote outside reviews, we name the source.
Safety, disaster and noise stay marked with ⚠, and we never guess to fill an unknown.
We work directly with share-house and real-estate operators in Japan on listings and partnerships.
